The Mini Map in Discover Pro provides a compact, interactive overview of large grid visualizations, allowing users to quickly navigate to specific sections without scrolling. This enhances usability and efficiency when working with extensive datasets or complex grid layouts.
Opening the Mini Map
Click Mini Map from the Component ribbon (orange highlight below). The mini map will appear on top of the grid.
To scroll to a section of the grid, either:
- Move the mini map, by hovering over its title (blue arrow), and drag and drop the map on the location you want to scroll to
- Drag the gray highlight (green arrow) in the mini map to scroll to the corresponding location in the grid
